Paramount+ has released the first trailer for the upcoming limited series The Offer, based on Oscar-winning producer Albert S. Ruddy’s never-revealed experiences of making The Godfather. The series will debut on the streamer on April 28.

The Offer follows Ruddy’s journey in bringing Mario Puzo’s epic crime novel to life on the big screen and stars Miles Teller as Albert S. Ruddy, Matthew Goode as Robert Evans, Dan Fogler as Francis Ford Coppola, Burn Gorman as Charles Bluhdorn, Colin Hanks as Barry Lapidus, Giovanni Ribisi as Joe Colombo, Juno Temple as Bettye McCartt, Justin Chambers as Marlon Brando, Anthony Ippolito as Al Pacino, and Patrick Gallo as Mario Puzo.

The limited series will also feature Josh Zuckerman, Meredith Garretson, Nora Arnezeder, Paul McCrane, Anthony Skordi, Jake Cannavale, James Madio, Michael Rispoli, Stephanie Koenig, Lou Ferrigno, Frank John Hughes, and Danny Nucci.

The Offer is written and executive produced by Nikki Toscano and Michael Tolkin, with Toscano also serving as the showrunner. Rocketman director Dexter Fletcher has also signed on to helm the project. Executive producers are Teller, Ruddy, and Leslie Grief.
